The Moscow British Alumni Club is managed by the board which consists of the president, commitee heads, British Council and British Embassy representatives. The roles and functions of the Board members are regularly reviewed at Board meetings. The Board structure is reviewed regularly at the Annual General Meeting. The Board reports to members of the Annual General Meeting.

British Alumni Club membership offers unique opportunities for networking. As well as the frequent social events (guest speaker events, annual Christmas Party and the Summer Garden Party hosted by the Ambassador), the British Council together with the heads of the various British Alumni Club committees also run professional networking events with high profile guest speakers. These events usually take place in the Embassy and are followed by lively discussions in the Embassy bar after the presentation.
